Why should we wish for more suffering?

No one wants to experience suffering, either for themselves or for a loved one. But Erhan will convincingly show why experiencing suffering does not have to be something negative. Prepare yourself to see suffering from a perspective you never imagined.

How I prepare for an event: a personal journey

For me, preparing for an event is like a journey that requires careful planning and dedication. Each step helps me to give my best at the end. Here I share my method for achieving the greatest possible success.

Power and Motivation through Music

Music is my main source of power and motivation. Before I learn my lines, I immerse myself in the world of sound. Music inspires me, arouses emotions, and puts me in the right mood. It gives me the energy I need to concentrate fully on the upcoming event.

Lyrics and emotions: Two steps, one goal

After setting the mood musically, I turn my attention to the lyrics. I make a strict distinction between memorization and the introduction of emotions. First, I learn the lyrics until I have them down. Then I fill it with the emotions I want to convey in the speech. Only when both are right do I feel truly prepared.

Section by Section to Success

To minimize the likelihood of a blackout, I divide my text into smaller sections. Each section is studied independently. That way, if I forget a section, I know I can just move on to the next one. This gives me confidence and peace of mind on stage.

Tailoring my message to my audience

Another important part of my preparation is tailoring my message to my audience. I think about who is in the audience, what their expectations are, and what language they speak – not only literally, but also figuratively. This tailored message increases the effectiveness of my presentation and strengthens my connection with my audience.

Repetition in all situations

Throughout the preparation process, I constantly repeat my text. Whether I am driving to work, exercising, or showering, I use every opportunity to repeat the text without emotion. This constant repetition anchors the text deep in my memory and ensures that I can recall it even under pressure.

Feedback: the final step

The final step in my preparation is getting feedback. I present my text to friends, colleagues, or family and ask for honest feedback. I pay special attention to their reactions: What works well? Where do I lose them? I use this input to refine my presentation until it has the desired effect. Preparing for an event is an intense process that requires discipline and dedication. But in the end, I feel ready – ready to share my message with the audience and leave a lasting impression.
