At the event itself, around 130-150 guests are present live on site and the occasion lasts from 13:00-19:00h. The videos of the TED Talks produced at the event have a long-term impact post-event and will be accessible to a large audience on a website for several years, and will be closely followed by the entire HWZ community each time.
